“House” Season Finale Filmed with DSLR Camera

Tuesday, April 13th, 2010

Are you serious? This is one heck of an endorsement for the Canon. The season finale of one of the best shows on television, “House” on FOX, was filmed solely with the Canon 5D Mark II pro-sumer digital SLR.

I have seen some other shorts filmed on the 5D, and they looked awesome, but to film an entire episode of one of the top shows on television with one truly blows me away. To learn more about the filming, read this article over at PetaPixel which also includes a minor Q&A with director Greg Yaitanes.

If you want to try you hand at being your own director, then be sure to get your hands on the same camera they used with shooting “House” from within our Canon 5D Mark II Tracker.
