are back at it again. Through December 25th, 2012, you can take an additional $50 off on these select Bosch Combo Kits.
The last time we had Bosch/Amazon deal like this was back in May/June of 2012 prior to Father's Day (Father's Day Deal, Oscillating Tool Deal) . Hopefully, those that missed that deal will find something this time that Dad might like for the holidays. For those who aren't aware, Bosch tools are renowned for their quality. If you read reviews on the available kits we will be outlining below, you will see this still holds true.

The combo kits which are available for this promotion come in two varieties essentially 12-Volt and 18-Volt. Regardless of voltage, have confidence that all the kits being offered contain Lithium-ion based batteries which are much better than traditional Ni-Cad batteries.
The 12-volt battery kits, typically power compact cordless tools. Compact cordless tools are great for those who are working in tight quarters, need to perform a quick fixes, or are working on smaller projects, such as building a birdhouse. Think of these kits as a great set for a specialist where major power/torque is not necessary. Another example could be such as installing a wall plate over a light switch or replacing a wall socket. You will not be using these tools to build a deck or driving countless amounts of screws while building that deck. However, you could could still use the impact driver in these kits to drive a replacement screw into a deck without issue.
While 12-volt batteries power compact cordless tools, 18-volt batteries are used to power standard, non-compact cordless tools. The 18-volt batteries and tools give you a longer tool run time while at the same time providing more power/torque. As in my previous examples above, you can perform all those "little" jobs, plus build a deck with 18-volt cordless tools!
